In his new book, "Love of God and His Teaching: A Study of What Leads Children to Become Adults Who Love God and Follow His Teachings" (published by CrossBooks), Anthony B. Bonapart focuses on whether there is a hidden mystery or particular experiences that predispose children to grow into adults who love God and follow His teachings.

"Love of God and His Teaching" is organized into five parts. In the first, Bonapart reviews men and women of God in the Old Testament, and he moves on to look at men of God in the New Testament in the next section. At the end of each chapter are parenting tips to help readers lead their children on a path to God.

Bonapart goes on to include one-on-one interviews and survey results. Finally, he takes the reader on a journey through life with five people. "They will read about the individual's relationship with God from childhood to adulthood and perhaps identify with the trials and tribulations the person endured," he explains.

According to Bonapart, a growing number of Americans are concerned about the deterioration of moral behavior in society. "Parents want to know how to inspire their children to adopt a lifelong love of God and remain faithful to his teachings," he suggests. "This book takes a critical look at the subject and gives the reader hope. It explains this complex issue in simple terms allowing any reader to follow its meaning from beginning to end."
