Alma Jones Launches Kickstarter for Books of Paranormal Fiction and Poetry

McKenzie, TN -- Via the crowd funding source, Kickstarter, Alma Jones, a retired teacher and new poetess/ author, has written a book of paranormal short stories that this reporter thinks will make headlines one day. This book, "A Suspenseful Supernatural Event", is definitely one to watch.

Book 1 - Alma Jones, a retired social studies teacher, has completed her first suspense anthology, A Suspenseful Supernatural Event. A thrilling trip of paranormal adventure, both real and imaginative, awaits the reader of this book. Livy, Joshua, Alicia and Mariel each have to find their way out of macabre situations that occur in a seemingly mundane existence. Share in the creation of this supernatural thriller where people float above the floor, shoes walk by themselves, cats talk and voices scream in the middle of the night. Alma promised to deliver a good scary read and she does just that with this book!

Book 2 - After the death of her mother, Alma started writing poetry as a way to assuage her grief. The subsequent stages of grief caused her to delve deeper than ever before into her Christian life. Her poetry book, W.O.W. created w.o.w. is a result of that delving. The book, which has short stories in it that accompany each of the topics of poetry that Alma covered is a soothing and soul massaging read.

Alma says of her writing, "If I can help someone in a positive way, either by giving them a good relaxing story or by writing an encouraging verse, then I will have lived up to one of my favorite scriptures, Isaiah 50:4."
