Based on Disney’s animated film, The Little Mermaid tells the story of a young mermaid who falls in love with a human prince. When forbidden by her father to go above water, she makes a Faustian bargain with an unscrupulous sea witch so that she can meet her prince. Audiences of all ages will enjoy this show featuring “Under the Sea,” and “Kiss the Girl” by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman. Music by Alan Menken, Lyrics by Howard Ashman and Glenn Slater, Book by Doug Wright. Based on Hans Christian Anderson Story and the Disney film produces by Howard Ashman and John Musker, and written and directed by John Musker and Ron Clements.
