A new play by Martin McDonagh at the Royal Court, that's something to be excited about, I just need it to extend by three weeks!

Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist. Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino. This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more. Tazber's: Reply to Is Stephen Schwartz a Practicing Christian

I'm going to be in London during its run, so got up at 5:00 am the other day to make sure I got a ticket.

(Thank you, Royal Court, for not putting them on sale until 1:00pm London time. Much better for me here in California than 10:00am.)

This theatre is in very upmarket west London (not to be confused with the downmarket west end). I'd suggest minimum dinner suit dress code for this one

I've seen productions at this theatre. It's in a nicer area than Soho, sure; but it's CERTAINLY not a pompous and stuffy place as this post suggests.

Dress respectfully but comfortably is what I'd say (as I would for any theatre regardless of location). Chinos and a shirt would be perfectly adequate.

This theatre actually sells standing room tickets for ten pence (yes, PENCE) an hour before its shows. Believe me - there won't be anyone in a dinner suit waiting in line for those places!

No, you only need sinner suit, for seating in the stalls.
