Anyone planning on attending previews at the Lunt-Fontanne? They start in 2 days! Curious to hear how it is, especially Matt Morrison. I recently learned he was in the first readings/workshops and (I'm sure due to Glee) was unable to participate in Boston. Haven't heard too much about the show but I've seen the film plenty and it's a favorite of mine.

Nope, but very excited to hear about it here from anyone who goes. No detail too small. (jacobsnchz14, I'm a huge fan of the show as it was in Cambridge last summer.)

People are very divided. (And there are several threads about all you posted).

Personally, while imperfect, it reached me and I look forward to seeing it in a few weeks

I'm with these guys, even with the flaws, I still enjoyed the hell out of it in Cambridge.

I also loved the show in Cambridge; I'm really looking forward to hearing about what changes have been made and about the dynamic Matthew and Kelsey bring to the cast.

Agree with Prince Caspian - absolutely loved it at the ART but doubtful that Morrison and Grammer can measure up!

Has there been any rush or anything announced? I have the night off, so could see it.

I do not like Harvey Weinstein.

But I do wish it does well, alot of time and effort and runs have happened to get to this point.

I wish Laura Michelle Kelly and Matthew Morrison all the best and wish they break a leg. Don't break legs oh you know what I mean!

"Also announced today, the rush ticket policy for Finding Neverland beginning Tuesday, March 17.

A limited number of rush tickets will be available for purchase in-person at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre box office beginning at 10am (12pm on Sundays) for that day's performance(s) only. Rush tickets cost $37 with a maximum of one ticket per person, and may be purchased with cash only. Rush tickets are subject to availability and may not be offered at all performances. Rush seating locations will be determined at the discretion of the box office."

I was gonna try and go grab one for tonight until I realized that posting says rush starts on the 17th.

If I hear on this board that there has been a lot of revisions/rewrites I'll check it out. But I couldn't bear the thought of sitting through what I saw in Cambridge again. Even with the new casting.

Can't wait to hear all about it. I liked the show in Boston and felt it was about 80 to 85% ready and hoped these last few months will have helped, but I'm holding my breath to see! Bwayphreak, did you see the show in Boston?

Again, Up in One, I don't think the board cares what you sit through. If you don't want to go, don't. You obviously wouldn't be able to go into it with any sort of open mind, so why bother. Just continue to hate from your little corner.

A friend that's at the preview just texted me from intermission.

She didn't say much, except: LOTS of changes, she doesn't like it nearly as much, preferred JJ to Morrison and that "something" was missing. No details.

"Something" meaning a spark, or an actual element of the show? Time will tell.

Pretty sure she meant a spark.

Sharonin there are gads of shows opening in the next month -- and you won't come to the city if people at the first preview don't like it? How ridiculous. How about seeing what sounds interesting to you and make up your own mind.

I'm seeing this soon. Was not a big fan at ART, but I'm anxious to see what changes have been made.

Seriously, SharoninB there will be great shows coming soon even if Finding Neverland turned to be not as good as expected.
