Not about my specific tickets (which are for the first preview on 11/14) but I did get a generic email on the 15th letting me know about the move, and saying "we're working on it "and "we'll be in touch."

I would reach out to Telecharge and not wait for them to contact you; it definitely can't hurt to try. I'm not sure about the logistics of making a switch, but what they did for me (on the day of the announcement) was cancel my original order, which allowed me to make the new purchase I wanted. If this is an option for you (the refund took a couple of days to hit, while the new charge was immediate), I would go for it, at least if you're concerned that the tickets you want may not continue to be available.

Thanks! I'm not completely worried about my tickets, but there were some that opened in the center orchestra, which I'd rather have. I contacted them asking if they can make the switch and hopefully they can, but I'd also be open to them refunding me so I can purchase them. I replied to the email that was sent about them changing venues.
I haven't been contacted, but I just went in to see the new pricing. Our hunch was right - the rear balcony center tickets (last 2 rows) in Belasco were priced $49.00 each. It's $69.00 now for the rear mezz center tickets at The Music Box.

I called Telecharge today since I haven't heard anything since their initial email on 9/15 announcing the theater change. They said the box office just started working on switching tickets last week...she couldn't give me any other information other than "they'll contact you when they know more"
Got the same email as mentioned by Robert16. This is the second email I have received from Telecharge with very similar info, first one was sent on 9/15 - this one was slightly longer but no new insight. Not really sure how they don't have this done yet, I know we are 6 weeks away from opening but they must have figured it out in order to continue selling tickets, why not just reissue?
Telecharge's refund/recharge policy HAS to be more work for them than it's worth. I understand why they do it, just not sure why a better system hasn't been created.
Got my e-mail telling me that my balcony group tickets had been moved to rear mezz, but not even the last row (which I was expecting). We're in h, j, k, and l. Not bad!

Where were your seats in the balcony? My seat was front row center of the balcony so I'm hoping for a good seat in the mezzanine.
^^ The balcony at the Belasco doesn't have that many rows. Only 6 total and only 4 in the center; we had 2 of them (I think B and C in the center which only has A-D)
