Join the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company for this moving, personal encounter with men and women who have served our nation. Since April 15, 2017, a group of U.S. veterans from all branches of armed services have been exploring the subjects of peace and war with CSC Teaching Artists in the Studio at the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company. Now they are ready to take the stage. On Sunday, June 11, at 7pm, they will share not only the works of playwrights they have studied these last 10 weeks, but also expressions of their own experiences. We are honored to present "The Sharing," the culmination of our first Acting Ensemble Workshop for Veterans.

The Olive Branch and Laurel Crown acting ensemble workshop for veterans is a pilot project and collaboration of The Studio at the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company and Vet Arts Connect, a program of the Institute for Integrative Health. Together, we are exploring ways to use the performing arts as a positive force of personal expression and to impact their overall health and well-being. Support our veterans!
