Fells Point Corner Theatre to Stage TALES OF ORDINARY MADNESS, 2/14-3/2

Fells Point Corner Theatre presents on its Sokal Stage TALES OF ORDINARY MADNESS by Petr Zelenka, directed by Barry Feinstein.

A family and a young man are coming apart in a post Communist world, defined by the old Marxist newspeak, sexual perversity and a peculiar strain of mental dysfunction. In addition to being an award-winning Czeck playwright, Petr Zelenka is a widely recognized director of theatre and film. Funny and tragic, Zelenka's voice is more than European, it's global. Don't miss the "Seinfeld in Prague" two-act experience.

Tales of Ordinary Madness, is directed by Barry Feinstein, who began directing at the old corner theatre in 1976. He directed last season's highly acclaimed Glengarry Glen Ross. He also directed Ruined, The Seafarer, The Miser, The Homecoming and Bug, in recent years, just to name a few. Barry is a certified speech pathologist, who teaches FPCT's very popular acting workshops as well as directing the "Ann Street Special Players," formerly known as the "Challenged Ensemble." Featured in the cast are: Helenmary Ball, Lisa Bryan, Mimi Dang, Daniel Douek, Tucker Foltz, Roxi Johnson, Rick Lyon-Vaiden, Alexander Scally, Jessica Taylor and Phillip M. Walters.

Dates: Friday, February 14th through Sunday, March 2nd, 2014
Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m. and Sundays at 2:00 p.m.*
*(There will also be two Thursday performances on February 20th and February 27th at 8 pm)
