THE ARENA PLAYERS, the oldest, continuously operating, African-American community theater prepares to embark on its 60th seasom with an opening night fundraising event.

The Arena Player's, Inc. has completed the first phase of its renovation, and invites you to fuel this momentum in two ways.

First is to purchase tickets to the opening night! On Friday, September 13, 2013, a catered reception at 7 p.m. precedes the season opener, "Tambourines to Glory," by Langston Hughes, and directed Carolyn White (the show begins at 8 p.m.) Tickets for the event are $50.

Secondly, you can become a patron of the Arena Player's, Inc. by making a contribution of $10 or more, where your name/s will appear in the program for the entire season.

Over the past 60 years, your support, and goodwill have buoyed the theatre, and the varied programs it offers. For more information, contact The Arena Players, Inc. at (410) 728-6500 and visit http://arenaplayersinc.com/.
