Walter McBride As a 14 year old youth, Walter was transfixed by his first Broadway Show, the original production of 'GREASE'. His Journey to celebrity photojournalism began that fateful night. Meeting, photographing and getting to know the cast inspired him to spend his professional life doing what he loved. Currently headlining in New Jersey with his partner Richard and family members Dali (Jack Russell) & Gala (Schnoodle). Recently he made his Broadway debut sharing the stage with Hugh Jackman in 'Hugh Jackman on Broadway' as well as receiving the Actors' Equity Association Gypsy Spirit Award. Following a nationwide search, Johnny Rabe will don Ralphie's trademark spectacles. John Bolton (Spamalot, Contact, Titanic, "Boardwalk Empire," "Gossip Girl') will reprise his acclaimed performance as The Old Man from the 2011 National Tour. Joining Bolton will be Tony Award nominee Erin Dilly (Nice Work if You Can Get It, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang) as Mother, Zac Ballard (Oliver! at Irish Repertory Theatre) as little brother Randy, Caroline O'Connor (Chicago, Moulin Rouge) as school teacher Miss Shields, and Eddie Korbich (The Little Mermaid, The Drowsy Chaperone, Wicked) as Santa Claus. All join previously announced Dan Lauria (Broadway's Lombardi, TV's "Sullivan & Son" and "The Wonder Years") as Jean Shepherd. Today, we're featuring Colleen Dewhurst in 1990. Duhurst was known most for theatre roles , and for a while as 'the Queen of Off-Broadway.' She was a renowned interpreter of the works of Eugene O'Neill on the stage, and her career also encompassed film, early dramas on live television, and Joseph Papp's New York Shakespeare Festival. She was also renowned for her television work playing Marilla Cuthbert in the Kevin Sullivan TV movie adaptations of the Anne of Green Gables series and her reprisal of the role in the subsequent TV series Road to Avonlea.
