The Actors Fund will present a performance of EQUUS on Sunday, January 11th at 8 pm at The Broadhurst Theatre.
Ticket prices start at $66.50.
EQUUS is Peter Shaffer's play about a boy with a secret and the surprising things that happen when a beautiful young girl brings that secret to light. After the mild-mannered stable boy Alan Strang (played by Daniel Radcliffe) has committed a serious crime, the court-appointed psychiatrist Martin Dysart (Richard Griffiths) is charged with revealing the mysteries behind the boy's behavior while confronting his own self-doubt in his marriage, his profession and his life.
Featured in the cast of EQUUS are Kate Mulgrew, Anna Camp, Carolyn McCormick, Lorenzo Pisoni, T. Ryder Smith, Graeme Malcolm, Sandra Shipley, Collin Baja, Tyrone Jackson, Spencer Liff, Adesola Osakalumi, and Marc Spaulding.

On Friday February 7th, 2009, Daniel Radcliffe, the young star of Peter Shaffer's play EQUUS on Broadway had his very own Broadway Wall of Fame portrait unveiled at the popular theater district Italian eatery, Tony DiNapoli's. Tony DiNapoli's is located at 147 43rd Street. The hosts for the evening were radio personality Valerie Smaldone and Tony DiNapoli's General Manager, Bruce Dimpflmaier. Daniel Radcliffe, the young star of Peter Shaffer's play EQUUS on Broadway (Broadhurst Theatre, 235 W. 44 St.) --was honored with his very own caricature unveiling at the world famous Broadway eatery, Sardi's Restaurant (234 West 44th Street) on Thursday, January 29th. Radcliffe joins the ranks of Broadway royalty whom have been honored with a caricature on the famous walls of Sardi's Restaurant. BroadwayWorld.com was there to cheer him on!
