MTA Update: As the storm continues to intensify, the MTA has activated all its storm-fighting forces across New York City Transit subways and buses, Metro-North Railroad, Long Island Rail Road and MTA Bridges and Tunnels. For safety of customers and MTA personnel, all MTA services are subject to being delayed, curtailed or suspended during a storm this significant. MTA personnel continue snow and ice removal through blizzard-like conditions. Customers are urged to monitor this page for service status before leaving home.

New York City Transit subway is operating on a normal weekday schedule for the morning rush hour. As blizzard-like conditions sweep in, visibility is limited so we are adjusting train speeds and running local service only in outdoor sections of the subway. New York City buses may reduce service by up to 20 percent if conditions warrant. Paratransit customers may also experience additional travel and wait times.

NJ Transit Update: On Thursday, February 13, NJ TRANSIT will operate on a regular weekday rail schedule.
