TODAY'S TOP ITEMS:

NEWS YOU MISSED THIS WEEKEND:

Broadway Weather Forecast: Rain and thunderstorms with a high of 70 degrees.

Quote of the Day: Neil Patrick Harris, who won the 2014 Tony Award last night for Best Leading Actor in a Musical, says he is his harshest critic...

I'm probably my biggest critic. I worry that if you spend any quality time reveling in good things then karma will slap you upside the head, so I try to stay as even keel as I'm able.
-- Neil Patrick Harris (via BrainyQuote)

What we're listening to: L.A. Theatreworks' JULIUS CAESAR. 'Tis the season! Summertime means Shakespeare all across the country, so we're getting our Bard on! The play is out on audiobook (for free!) with a cast featuring Richard Dreyfuss, Kelsey Grammer, Stacy Keach and more.

Videos of the Day: All of last night's showstopping Tony performances! For a taste of the evening's wide range of guest stars and styles, check out a clip of Hugh Jackman, LL Cool J and TI rapping to THE MUSIC MAN, followed by another of the host schmoozing with this year's leading ladies!

And finally, a Happy Birthday shout-out to Johnny Depp, who turns 51 today! We'll see him on the big screen soon as 'The Wolf' in Rob Marshall's new adaptation of INTO THE WOODS. Depp also took on the role of 'Sweeney Todd' in the 2007 film adaptation of the macabre musical. Also in the actor's queue are London Fields, Mortdecai, Black Mass, Through the Looking Glass and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.
