Daniel Radcliffe visited "LIVE" today to talk about the new movie "Victor Frankenstein," and chatted with Kelly and Michael about the new play HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD, which is opening in London next year.

Asked if he was upset that he would not be revising the title role in the new stage project, Radcliffe shared, "I'm very happy seeing Potter going to other people." Yet he added, "It would be weird if I was to see that show and see someone else playing that part." Watch the appearance below!

Based on an original new story by J.K. Rowling, Jack Thorne and John Tiffany, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is a new play by Jack Thorne which will receive its world premiere in London's West End at the PalaceTheatre in the summer of 2016.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is the eighth story in the Harry Potter series and the first official Harry Potter story to be presented on stage. Written by Jack Thorne and directed by Olivier and Tony award winner John Tiffany, the play brings together some of the most exciting talent working in the theatre today.

Daniel Radcliffe was recently seen on the big screen in the supernatural thriller THE WOMAN IN BLACK, as well as KILL YOUR DARLINGS, HORNS, WHAT IF and TRAINWRECK. His upcoming projects include SWISS ARMY MAN, BROOKLYN BRIDGE, VICTOR FRANKENSTEIN, YOUNG AMERICANS and NOW YOU SEE ME: THE SECOND ACT, as well as the TV movie GAME CHANGER.

He rose to international fame starring as the title character in HARRY POTTER, the highest grossing film series of all time. The actor recently appeared on the Great White Way in THE CRIPPLE OF INISHMAAN and Broadway's recent revival of HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING. Radcliffe also starred in EQUUS in 2008.
