It's been twenty years since the attack on Nancy Kerrigan, and Tonya Harding needs some cash. At a bar to emcee an Olympic viewing party, Tonya traces her journey from trailer park to international punch line. Told with a darkly comic voice, this solo show explores one of sport's most notorious figures and her quest for redemption.

[Elser's] telling a hell of a story, and telling it quite well...The more Elser explores Harding's self-destruction, the more it becomes clear that Tonya Harding was less an evil, greedy, ambitious woman than she was an American who got dealt a bad hand by birth, and almost managed to dig her way out of arriving on the planet with two strikes against her. The Love Song of Tonya Harding is a walk on the weird, sad side of American culture - which is often far and away the most interesting side to walk on. " - The Calgary Herald
