During last week's technical rehearsals we caught up with The Wizard of Oz Director Jeremy Sams to see how things are going down at the (slightly windy!) London Palladium. Apologies for the slight inteference in the sound in some of our blogs from the theatre, this is due to the microphones being worn by creatives, cast and crew!

 

Produced by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Bill Kenwright, The Wizard of Oz is an enchanting adaptation of the all time classic, starring Danielle Hope, winner of BBC TV's Over the Rainbow, as Dorothy and Michael Crawford, the original Phantom, as the Wizard. This new production contains all the much-loved songs from the Oscar winning movie score, plus a few surprises along the way, including new songs by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice. From February 2011 at The London Palladium.
