Haden, Connington, Bennett to Appear at National Arts Club, 2/11

Bestselling author, cartoonist and performer Anthony Haden Guest will be appear with Bill Connington, star of ZOMBIE, and Juliette Bennett, star of AS GOOD AS DEAD on Friday, February 11th at 6:30 pm at The National Arts Club at 15 Gramercy Park South (20th Street) between Park Avenue and Irving Place, New York NY. This live event will reunite the three performers after just wrapping the short film THE THORNHILLS OF PARK AVENUE, penned by Connington. The film tells the story of an urbane British man-about-town named "Anthony Haden Guest." He visits a young society couple called the Thornhills, and the audience is privy to his comedic and satiric commentary on them. The film reunited Connington with the acclaimed director Thomas Caruso, who directed Connington in the award-winning Off-Broadway play ZOMBIE.

Anthony Haden Guest is a British writer, performer and cartoonist who has written a book on Studio 54, was awarded a New York Emmy for writing and narrating a documentary, THE AFFLUENT IMMIGRANTS, and played a role in the film THE LAST DAYS OF DISCO. He is the step-brother of the film director Christopher Guest (BEST IN SHOW, WAITING FOR GUFFMAN). www.anthonyhadenguest.com.

Bill Connington is an award-winning New York based actor and writer. He appeared in the award-winning solo play ZOMBIE, based on the novella by Joyce Carol Oates, and directed by Thomas Caruso (www.thomascaruso.com). The short film of ZOMBIE is currently making the rounds of the film festivals, including the NYC Downtown Shorts Film Festival on February 10.
