Broadway's current revival of the Tony Award-winning 1986 Best Musical THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD has an extra special guest star at tonight's performance for one night only, Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show winner Banana Joe!

Macaco, the pooch who usually plays the role of Miss Alice Nutting (Stephanie J. Block)'s constant companion for most of Act II in the Scott Ellis-directed revival at Studio 54, will return to performances of the audience-participation-prominent musical revival on Thursday, February 14, following Banana Joe's special singular showing tonight.

The revival stars the aforementioned Stephanie J. Block as well as Will Chase, Gregg Edelman, Jim Norton, Jessie Mueller and Chita Rivera.

Banana Joe, an affenpinscher, was named Best In Show at the 2013 Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.
