Like all of the theatre community, BroadwayWorld is shocked and saddened to learn of the untimely passing of Les Miserables performer Kyle Jean-Baptiste after an accident at his mother's home last night.

The LES MIS company released a statement to BroadwayWorld about the passing of their young family member: "The entire Les Miserables family is shocked and devastated by the sudden and tragic loss of Kyle, a remarkable young talent and tremendous person who made magic - and history - in his Broadway debut. We send our deepest condolences to his family and ask that you respect their privacy in this unimaginably difficult time."

We feel that the best way to honor the life of this incredible talent cut short is to celebrate what he loved to do, which was perform. We have assembled a small collection of some of Kyle's performances across the internet. Please enjoy them, share your memories of Kyle, and hug your loved ones tonight.
