Cameron Hurry

Basil
Neuroqueer actor and writer Cameron Hurry is based in Brisbane and was trained through the University of Southern Queensland. His theatre credits include: Unconditional (Playlab Theatre/Brisbane Festival), Grand Horizons (Pip Theatre), Adventures of Peter Rabbit (Small Crown Productions), King Lear: Monster Show (The Curators), The Woman In Black (HOTA/White Rabbit), The Lonesome West (Troop Productions), Tashi (Imaginary Ltd.), Frankenstein (Fractal Theatre), Picnic at Hanging Rock, Delicacy, Strange Attractor (Arts Theatre), Suckers (LOLipop/Harvest Rain Independents), The Bully (Omad Productions), Macbeth (JUTE Theatre), Angry Young Women (Mixed Company), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Jane Eyre, Alice, Shadowlands (Harvest Rain) and The Lieutenant Of Inishmore (AStheatre). Jed McKinney

Basil
Originally hailing from Auckland, New Zealand, Jed grew up with an affinity for performance and music. They honed their skills at NASDA (Christchurch, 2016), before making the journey across the Tasman - and Nullabor – to complete the BA in Music Theatre at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (2019). Now based in Naarm he currently tours as Basil Faulty in Faulty Towers The Dining Experience touring both nationally, and internationally.


Gemma Galley

Sybil
Gemma studied classical voice at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music and Musical Theatre at WAAPA. She’s worked extensively in film, television and theatre as an actor and dialect coach. Favourite castings have included playing a drunken snob in Ayckbourn’s Absurd Person Singular and the bossy know-it-all Lysistrata in Germaine Greer’s adaptation of the Aristophanes classic. (Because being typecast is such fun!) Off stage and behind the camera she is an award-winning filmmaker and occasional playwright.


Adrian Espulso

Manuel
Adrian is a performer working and living in Sydney. He’s most recently appeared in ABC Kids ‘Splashdance’, NRL ‘Drinkwise’ campaign and Schick Razors ‘The Man I Am’ campaign. Adrian was a top 8 contestant on Channel Ten’s Triple threat show “I WILL SURVIVE” and has since performed in many live shows. He recently toured with ‘Eireborne – The Rebirth Of Irish Dance’ as their lead singer, ‘Jersey To Motown’ (Lovegrove Entertainment) and played Motel in ‘Fiddler On The Roof’ (RMS). Adrian also played Ricko in ‘Black Rock’ (Epicentre Theatre Company) and Judy in ‘The Fabulous Punch and Judy Show’ (Brent Thorpe). As well as live performance, Adrian has starred in many screen projects including short films, television and commercials. He played Frank in ‘Frank Calls’ (Guillermo Sepúlveda), and Ralph Giancola in ‘Deadly Women’ (Beyond Productions). Adrian holds a Cert IV in Performing Arts, completed the Estill Voice Training course and the Sing Over King CODA program. He trains with singing coach Linda Nagle and the team at Sydney Actors Collective. When Adrian is not performing, you can find him fixing trucks or playing football.


Sean Harrison

Manuel
Sean has been acting since he was 7 years old, starting out in the Liverpool soap opera 'Brookside' as 'Andrew Taylor' when he was 10 and starring as 'Munchkin Mayor' in 'The Wizard of Oz' and 'Lionel' in 'Back to the 80's' on the Neptune Theatre and 'Alan Forrester' in 'Twopence across the Mersey' on the Empire theatre for 'Pulse Records' multiple times. Sean was accepted into the National Youth Theatre at the age of 15 learning to hone his craft from some of the best in the trade, whilst with the NYT Sean performed in the televised adaptation of ‘The Merchant of Venice’ for the BBC. At 19 Sean was accepted to Ormskirk University studying Performing Arts for 4 years earning a 2.1 BA Hons degree in Performing Arts. Shortly after leaving university Sean went on to work for 6 years as an entertainer on cruise ships. While onboard he learned more about entertaining live audiences. Now living in Sydney, Australia Sean starred in 'We Will Rock You', at Riverside theatre for Packemin Productions as the understudy for Brit and Buddy before beginning rehearsals for ‘Wicked’ as Boq, the show unfortunately never made it to stage due to covid. However Sean is now so excited to be performing as part of the Faulty towers family!


Creative Team

Jared Harford

Executive Producer
Jared is a graduate of the Queensland Conservatorium of Music. He trained in performance, business management and French, and worked as a professional musician alongside some of Australia’s top music and theatre artists. He has worked as a producer for various fringe artists in both Australia and the UK, as well as most recently the line producer for the Potted Potter tour of Australia. With ITI, Jared is responsible for day to day operations and oversees new touring productions, as well as manages our Edinburgh Fringe venue.


Alison Pollard-Mansergh

Artistic Director
Ali co-founded ITI in 1997 and remains its driving force. Starting out, she gained a teaching degree plus qualifications in drama, dance, music and voice. She went on to teach these subjects at many levels, including remedial. Having performed in mainhouse musicals, comedies and dramas, she set up ITI with the express intent of creating high quality, interactive comedy shows. Right up until 2015, Ali also played the role of Sybil Faulty in Faulty Towers The Original Dining Experience, touring the show around the world. As ITI Artistic Director, Ali is responsible for the group’s creative output, quality and vision.
