'All The Fun Of The Fair' Open For All Star Business
Full casting has been announced for 'All The Fun Of The Fair'.
Garrick Theatre, Charring Cross Rd
Opening 28th April 2010, Previews 20th April 2010.
Booking to 5th Sep, 2010.

Joining David Essex, are Christopher Timothy, Louise English, Michael Pickering, Nicola Brazil, Cameron Jack, Susan Hallam-Wright, Chris Holland, Kieran Jae, Tom Kanavan, Tim Newman, Robert Rees, Emily Tierney, Tricia Adele Turner, Shona White, Danielle York.

The musical, which has been touring the UK 2008/2009, is directed by David Gilmore.
It has book by Jon Conway and songs of David Essex.

Inspired by David Essex debut album 'All The Fun Of The Fair.
Concerns fun fair owner Levi Lee, recently widowed and father of a rebellious teenage son. Danger and mysticism lurk in the future, as predicted by the gypsy fortune teller who is in love with Levi. Dodgems and motorbikes, crafty cons and candy floss, fairground horses and fights, along with romance and rock and roll bring out the carnival atmosphere, but beware� all is not always fun at the fair!

Songs include 'Hold Me Close', 'Gonna Make You A Star', 'Silver Dream Machine'.

Christopher Timothy is best known on TV for playing James Herriot in the long running Series "All Creatures Great And Small" and more recently his performance as Mac McGuire in the BBC drama series "Doctors".

Louise English�s many musical stage credits include roles in Hello Dolly!, Annie and Oliver. She played Sally in Me and My Girl at the Adelphi Theatre.
Nicola Brazil made her West End debut in Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theatre and subsequently went on to play Amber in Hairspray at the Shaftesbury Theatre and Sandy in Grease at the Piccadilly Theatre.
Michael Pickering also made his West End debut in Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theatre which he followed by playing the leading role of Ryan Evans in High School Musical at the Apollo Hammersmith.

David Essex has a huge following with women of a certain age and so this show will sell but for a limited time.
