Flat Pack Productions present a revival of the classic black comedy 'The Anniversary,' written by Bill MacIlwraith and directed by Joseph C. Walsh. Set in South London: it's Mum's wedding anniversary, and despite the fact that Dad has been dead for some years, her 3 sons are obliged to gather for the annual celebration. Two of the sons have something important to tell Mum and so begins an evening of lethal, verbal humiliation, bullying and bribery - resulting in moments of delicious comedy and toe curling embarrassment for the family and audience alike.

'The Anniversary' will open October 14 at the Greenwich Playhouse (Greenwich Station Forecourt, London SE10 8JA).  The show will run until November 9, with performances at 7:30 PM Tuesday to Saturday and at 4 PM on Sundays.  Tickets will be £12; £10 (concs.) and can be obtained by contacting the box office at 020 8858 9256 or e-mailing boxoffice@galleontheatre.co.uk

Following their successful production of 'A Christmas Carol' last year, Flat Pack Productions return to the Greenwich Playhouse to collaborate with director Joseph C. Walsh. Directing credits include: 'Lillies or the Revival of a Romantic Drama,' 'The King and I,' 'Twisted' and 'Listen to My Heart.'

Established in 2006 Flat Pack Productions stage both new adaptations and revivals and are always seeking to collaborate with both established and new talented artistes.
