Robert J. Sherman and Georgi Mottram To Guest Star With Dominic Ferris At Live At Zedel, With Further Dates Announced With his forthcoming 20th February performance sold out, Dominic Ferris is pleased to announce two further dates for his debut solo London show Me and My Piano at LIVE AT ZÉDEL, on Saturday 5th May and Thursday 17th May 2018, at 7pm. Dominic is also delighted to announce two special guests - esteemed composer Robert J. Sherman and talented musical theatre/classical crossover artist Georgi Mottram - will who will join him on stage at the 20th February performance during the evening of music and conversation. Guests for further dates are to be announced.

Robert J. Sherman stems from an illustrious line of songwriters spanning more than four generations. At 16 Sherman joined BMI and is an alum of BMI's Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Workshop. Theatre: Love Birds (Pleasance, Edinburgh), A Spoonful of Sherman (Live At Zédel and St. James Theatre), Bumblescratch (Adelphi Theatre) and A Christmas Held Captive (Beverly Hills Playhouse). A Spoonful of Sherman has just embarked on its first UK/Ireland tour. Film: Amazon Jack (Columbia TriStar) and Magic 7 (Pulse). Notable Songs: "Disneyana!" (The Official Theme Song of the Disneyana Fan Club), "Mondays" (from Ms: A Song Cycle). In 2016 Sherman was named a Celebrity Ambassador for Variety (UK) and in 2017 was initiated into the Grand Order of Water Rats. Sherman is the CEO/President of Music World LLC and MusicWorld UK and is the trustee of the Robert B. Sherman Family Estate and Archives which includes one half of The Sherman Brothers and Al Sherman estates.

Georgi Mottram trained at Chethams School of Music, before studying Opera at Trinity Laban Music Conservatoire, graduating in 2013 with a BMus (Hons) in performance. Georgi also trained at Guildford School of Acting and Musical Theatre at Associated Studios. Originally from Jersey, Georgi regularly performs at the Jersey Opera House and she has been the guest Solo Soprano with the Jersey Symphony Orchestra. Georgi's theatre credits include Thoroughly Modern Millie (Adelphi Theatre); Princess Ida (Finborough Theatre), and the lead role of Amelia, in Grim: The Love Story To Die For (Rose Theatre, Charing Cross Theatre.) She has toured as a Soprano Soloist with G4, supported Russell Watson, Kerry Ellis and the LSO and recorded for Classic FM's charity single with Katherine Jenkins and Alfie Boe. She is the leading member of her A Capella vocal quartet FourTune, and is a member of Ida, the London female Soprano Pop-Opera quartet with whom she is currently performing internationally.

As previously announced, Me and My Piano will also see Dominic Ferris performing a wide variety of musical genres from classical piano repertoire such as Chopin's 3rd Ballade and The Gershwin Preludes to the popular hits of piano-songwriters Billy Joel and Elton John, as well as the premiere of some of Dominic's original compositions.

Dominic studied piano performance at the Royal College of Music and has since built an international reputation as a live performer and regular recording artist at Abbey Road Studios. He is one half of two critically acclaimed double acts: The Piano Brothers and Ferris & Milnes.
