Photo Flash:'The 39 Steps'& Mackintosh & Globe Trotter Event

There was a VIP evening at the Burlington Arcade last night, Tuesday 13 May, celebrating the launch of a new partnership between THE 39 STEPS and Mackintosh and Globe-Trotter.

On the same day it was also announced that the Broadway production of THE 39 STEPS playing at the Cort Theater was nominated for six Tony awards including best play and best director.

In attendance was the cast of THE 39 STEPS;  including Jo Stone-Fewings, who has recently taken over the iconic role of Richard Hannay, Josefina Gabrielle, Martyn Ellis and Simon Gregor, plus other VIP guests.

 
Directed by Maria Aitken and adapted by Patrick Barlow from John Buchan's classic British spy thriller, THE 39 STEPS continues its sensational run at the Criterion Theatre featuring iconic Mackintosh and Globe-Trotter costumes and props that were also used in the original Hitchcock film.
