HARRY POTTER's James Phelps To Appear In SPAMALOT at New Theatre Royal in Portsmouth New Theatre Royal is delighted to announce that Harry Potter actor, James Phelps will be starring as Sir Not Appearing A Lot in a performance of Spamalot at the Portsmouth theatre this March.
