The Daily Mail writes that BIRDMAN's Andrea Riseborough will return to the stage in the National Theatre's AS YOU LIKE IT this autumn.

Polly Findlay directs the Shakespearean comedy with Riseborough as the gender-bending 'Rosalind'.

The actress' last West End stage appearance was in 2008's IVANOV with Kenneth Branagh and Tom Hiddleston. Before that, she graced the National Theatre in the plays BURN, CHATROOM and CITIZENSHIP.

She has also appeared in MEASURE FOR MEASURE and MISS JULIE at Theatre Royal, THE PAIN AND THE ITCH at the Royal Court, A COUPLE OF POOR, POLISH-SPEAKING ROMANIANS at the Soho Theatre and THE PRIDE off-Broadway at MCC Theater.

Riseborough's upcoming big screen projects include THE SILENT SOTRM and HIDDEN. Aside from the Oscar-winning BIRDMAN, her past film credits include OBLIVION, WELCOME TO THE PUNCH, DISCONNECT, SHADOW DANCER, RESISTANCE, W.E., BRIGHTEN ROCK, MADE IN DAGENHAM, NEVER LET ME GO and more.
