Join the dancers of Company | E on a journey around the world in "To Sail Around the Sun" on Saturday, September 17 at the Kennedy Center Family Theater.
"To Sail Around the Sun" uses dance, live music, and storytelling to follow one child's quest to travel the world and gather all four seasons in one day. From the springtime waves of Australia, to the summertime rainforests of Argentina, the autumn leaves of Japan, and the wintry snows of Kazakhstan, this show teaches about the world and its seasons in a fun and engaging way. Set to Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons" played live by the musicians of Sound Impact, "To Sail Around the Sun" is a celebration of movement, music, and our planet that everyone in the family can enjoy!
