Possum Point Players Set Auditions For OUR TOWN
Possum Point Players announce auditions for "Our Town" by Thornton Wilder, Monday, June 25, and Tuesday, June 26. Auditions are at 7:00 pm each night and are held in Possum Hall, 441 Old Laurel Highway, Georgetown. Director Russell Styles said there are over 25 parts available. Auditions will consist of readings from the script and a short interview.
The cast calls for 15 males, including some boys preteen to teens, and seven females, including a few girls, preteen to teen/young adult. There will also be a small ensemble. "Our Town" is an American classic which won a Pulitzer Prize for Wilder.
Show dates are September 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16.
Our Town is produced through special arrangement with Samuel French, Inc.
