Lazy Susan Dinner Theatre Will End Run of Agatha Christie's SPIDER WEB, 3/21
Lazy Susan Dinner Theatre will end its production of Agatha Christie's SPIDER WEB on March 21. The production began performances on January 8th.
Clarissa, the second wife of Henry Hailsham-Brown, is adept at spinning tales of adventure for the delectation of their bored diplomatic circle-- but when a murder takes place in her own drawing room-- she finds live drama much harder to cope with, especially as she suspects the murderer may be her young stepdaughter, Pippa. Worse still-- the victim's the man who broke up Henry's first marriage. Moreover, Henry will be arriving home shortly with a V.I.P. in tow who might take a dim view of bodies in the drawing room. Clarissa's fast talking only gets her and Pippa into some hair-raising experiences.
When Henry finally arrives home with guest, well, let's not spoil it. Come enjoy SPIDER'S WEB. You probably won't figure out who "done" it, but the show is a lot of fun, for mystery buffs and non-mystery buffs alike, and a terrifically entertaining evening is guaranteed for all!
" So closely woven with thrills and comedy that shocks and laughs are about fifty-fifty." - London Guardian
