One Room Theatrics presents Michael Morpurgo’s Private Peaceful, adapted for the stage by Simon Reade, and directed by Mike Mitrano.
Plot:
Adapted from the beloved 2003 novel by Michael Morpurgo, this one-man show is about a fictional young soldier (Pvt. Thomas “Tommo” Peaceful) who is looking back on his life so far and his entering the First World War. The story focuses on the harsh realities of English rural life and warfare.
