Double work in progress evening presented by Signature Brew & Nice N' Spiky:

Kyla Cobbler is one of the fastest-rising names in comedy. The Cork-born comic first gained attention through her viral Instagram reels, before stepping on stage for her first open mic in May 2021.

Her fearless appearance on The Tommy Tiernan Show in April 2025 catapulted her into the national spotlight, with one viewer calling it “the best interview of the season.” Known for her raw storytelling, razor-sharp crowd work, and unfiltered honesty, Kyla commands the stage with total confidence — every performance is electric, unpredictable, and unforgettable. On the live circuit, Kyla’s momentum is undeniable. She sold out Cork Opera House in early 2024, followed by a completely sold-out first Irish tour later that year with her debut show, Gone Rogue. In 2025 alone, she has sold out two nights at Dublin’s 3Olympia Theatre, two nights at Cork Opera House, packed out Leicester Square Theatre in London, and launched her first European headline dates.

Laura Smyth is a comedian, actor and writer hailing from East London. Her debut stand-up tour Living My Best Life played 48 dates nationwide, culminating in a third and final London show at the Indigo O2. She'll be setting off on her brand new tour Born Aggy later this year. TV appearances include David Mitchell's Outsiders, Cats Does Countdown, Live At The Apollo, Frankie Boyle’s New World Order, The Jonathan Ross Show, Richard Osman’s House of Games, The Weakest Link, QI, Saturday Kitchen, Between the Covers, As Yet Untitled, Would I Lie To You.

Laura's BBC Radio 4 comedy special I Don’t Know What to Say, which she wrote and performed, won The Gold Prize Comedy Award at the 2024 ARIAS, and was subsequently shortlisted for a BBC Audio Drama Award for Best Stand-Up show. Hit podcast Shouldn’t Laugh But is released weekly and joins Laura with her best mate Carmen as they let their intrusive thoughts win and laugh at all the things they know they shouldn’t, as they mull over all the daft things that happened to them and others across the week.
