THRILLER LIVE Returns to Canterbury's Marlowe Theatre
Direct from London's West End, where it is now in its record-breaking 10th year, the show is a spectacular concert created to mark the career of the world's greatest entertainer.
Seen by almost five million people in more than 30 countries over more than 5,000 performances, Thriller Live takes audiences on a visual and audio and journey through Michael's 45-year musical history, playing homage to his legendary live performances and dance moves. The show features all of Micheal's greatest hits, delivered by the cast and a live band, including I Want You Back, ABC, Can You Feel It, Off The Wall, The Way You Make Me Feel, Smooth Criminal, Beat It, Billie Jean, Dirty Diana, Bad, Rock With You, They Don't Care About Us, Dangerous and, of course, Thriller.
The show has become such a fixture in the West End that every summer, producers run the Young MJ School, where company members teach aspiring stars the skills they need to perform in Thriller Live. At the end of the course, each one has the chance to audition for the show.
Thriller Live is at The Marlowe Theatre from Monday 24 to Saturday 29 September Tuesday 20, with performances at 7.30pm (Monday to Thursday) 5pm and 8.30pm (Friday and Saturday). Tickets, priced from £21.75 to £40.75, are available from the Box Office on 01227 787787, and marlowetheatre.com.
