Restitution is the story of one mans quest to find what his mother searched for all her life. Will he find it in this tiny gallery his fate hangs here but who does it belong to?
Theyll just arrest the painting you know? Not my mother, not me. Theyll take Hero into some dusty courthouse basement, they wont regulate the dampness in the atmosphere, they wont adjust the lighting or monitor the cracks in the oil. Theyll ruin her, and well be on the outside ripping each others lives apart for no good reason.
