Following a mid-air incident where a fellow colleague was thrown head first down an emergency chute, Pam Ann, the glamorous Australian viper-tongued air hostess from hell, has had a personal no-fly zone imposed over the Antipodes and so is using London's newest airport, the Vaudeville Theatre, as her base for all departures in this brand new 90 minute outstanding, fabulous show. Pam Ann takes no prisoners - no one is safe from her acerbic wit, her hilarious observations of people behaviour, habits and manners...or lack of them.

Pam Ann is the monstrous comic creation of gifted comedienne, Caroline Reid, who portrays the 1960's clad air-hostess with a mixture of comedy, camp and glamour. Pam Ann has grown from cult status to international celebrity and can claim, amongst others, Cher, Dannii Minogue, Elton John and Madonna as her fans! Uniquely in the world of female stand up comedy Caroline Reid presents an alter ego who invades & takes over the stage with outrageous results.

This all new Pam Ann stand up show, Flying High, with 3 dimensional set, has been co-written by Caroline Reid and American writer/comedian Hugh Fink (Saturday Night Live, Late Late Show, The Muppets, The Drew Carey Show) and includes audience participation, in-flight entertainment, other characters live & via video screen with many other surprises! Caroline: "Appearing at the Vaudeville Theatre is as thrilling as abusing a passenger over the pa, deploying an inflatable slide and exiting with 2 beers... it's really is a dream to touch down in London's West End. 2009 was one of Caroline's busiest years. Her first 8 part TV show The Pam Ann Show premiered on the Comedy Channel in Australia and she also co-hosted the TV coverage of the Sydney Mardi Gras, airing in over 2 million households, both for Foxtel. In April her first ever European flight took her on a 24 date sold out tour including Germany, Holland, & Scandinavia. This departure was closely followed by a chartered 8 date sold out tour of Canada and a 13 date US tour. The year ended with a UK layover of 10 dates plus two stop offs at her most prestigious shows to date at the world famous London Palladium. A highlight of 2010 has included her first ever tour of Australia which has sold out and now Caroline is looking forward to adding the Vaudeville Theatre to her list of destinations before her next set of departures in South Africa and Asia in 2011.
