Natural History Museum Ice Rink Announces Acoustic Lates Presented By Ticketmaster Image

With Christmas just around the corner, this festive season's most unmissable attraction - the Natural History Museum Ice Rink - is offering the ultimate night of entertainment as it plays host to Acoustic Lates presented by Ticketmaster. The Natural History Museum Ice Rink, set against the stunning backdrop of one of London's best-loved landmarks, is open until 20 January 2019 and tickets are on sale now at www.nhmskating.com.

Acoustic Lates, curated by Ticketmaster Artist Services, are a series of intimate acoustic performances from some of the best emerging musical talent in the UK taking place from 7pm - 9.30pm every Thursday (bar 27 December and 3 January) free of charge in the chalet-inspired Café Bar overlooking the stunning ice rink. Hotly tipped acts SAER, Alma Maria, Karima Francis and Melissa Bel are just some of the performers who have already taken to the mic, wowing guests and music-lovers as they relax after a skating session with a seasonal drink in hand.

Other acts set to perform over the coming weeks include upcoming support for P!nk's stadium tour Bang Bang Romeo, country vocal powerhouse Laura Oakes, singer songwriter Tom Joshua, Hackney-based popstar Zoey Lily, electronic songstress Eckoes, retro-futurist band Weird Milk, vibrant r'n'b group Toby Corton & His Band By Chance, synth-pop sensation Salt Ashes, wistful folk musician Monty Taft and piano rock 'n' roller James Sayer. The rink will also host takeover nights from Metropolis and Big Hug Management.

The perfect treat as the festive season draws closer, last year saw the Natural History Museum Ice Rink attract more visitors than ever before, with over 165,000 people from across the globe putting on a pair of skates. This year the glistening ice rink, which runs alongside South Kensington's tree-lined streets, will be topped off once again with a sparkling 30ft Christmas tree.

To skate, book tickets for the Natural History Museum Ice Rink via www.nhmskating.com or call 0844 847 1576. For group bookings including schools call 0844 847 1575.
