Clementine the Living Fashion Doll is a star of stage, screen and social media. She's performed internationally from Oslo to Singapore, made one series for ITV, two for the BBC and has even ?lmed a feature length presentation for the BFI - and then last year she finally appeared in the glittering West End with Clementine's Christmas Special. Now she's back at Crazy Coqs with her brilliant new show for Christmas 2018, The Clementine Show.
After a celebrated Christmas show at the end of 2015 at The Rosemary Branch Theatre and a hugely successful run last December at Crazy Coqs, Clementine now returns to the fabulous art deco cabaret venue, Crazy Coqs by Piccadilly Circus, with her unique blend of humour and miniaturised glamour for four whole shows, at 7pm and 9.15pm on 15th November and 7th December.
The Clementine Show is a mix of The Muppet Show and Avenue Q, with a sprinkling of Stanley Baxter and a heart spoonful of 1970's light entertainment TV specials. While there may well be the odd double entendre guaranteed and the occasional political swipe thrown in for good measure, Clementine is mostly concerned with having good, clean fun as she raids pop culture to find inspiration that will entertain her audiences throughout the evening.
As well as giving audiences the chance to enjoy an evening that showcases her huge talents and fabulous wit, Clementine will be joined by two of the UK's most talented puppeteers to create a delightfully visual display on stage. Expect songs, sketches and special guests (both human and puppet - there's even the character Teeny Tiny Trump and his Tiny Tantrums) as Clementine hosts a warm-hearted show that brims with the campest Christmas cheer.
