LHK Youth Theatre to Hold Open Auditions For Stars Of Their Next Production
Calling all Merseyside youngsters! One of Liverpool's most acclaimed and unique theatre companies are holding open audition for the cast of their next production.
Get ready to Come Alive with anticipation; LHK Youth Theatre are once again on the lookout for Merseyside's brightest young stars for roles in their upcoming production The Greatest Show, which will be playing at The Epstein Theatre in 2019.
The auditions will take place on Sunday 23 September at The Epstein Theatre at 10:30am and are open to both male and female performers aged 6-19, with all lead and supporting roles up for grabs.
There is no need to book an audition slot, registration will take place on the day; all audition material will be provided, and all applicants will be asked to sing a verse and chorus of a song of their choice.
The Greatest Show will feature songs from the 2017 worldwide blockbuster live-action musical The Greatest Showman starring Hugh Jackman, Zac Efron and Michelle Williams, as well as other smash-hit musicals.
LHK Productions Managing Director, Lee Kelly said: "The Greatest Showman was one of the biggest films from 2017 and a big part of its success is down to the movie's incredible and catchy soundtrack. I cannot wait to bring LHK's version, The Greatest Show to The Epstein Theatre later this year, which will feature all the biggest songs from the film plus songs from some of the greatest musicals of all time!
So, if you want to take part then we want to hear from you, and look forward to seeing you all at the auditions later this month."
