After a three year break, and due to massive popular demand Spike Theatre return with their popular improvisational show Hoof at the Unity Theatre today and tomorrow, 4th & 5th April 2014.

A bare stage transforms into a visual, verbal and musical feast as five physical performers and a musician catapult the audience into a totally improvised world.

Hoof! Is not a production of improvisation games but two entire plays improvised quite literally on the Hoof!

Based on a unique form of spontaneous theatre previously only performed in the USA. Spike Theatre are pleased to be back at The Unity having taken a few years to recharge our improvisation batteries.

Hoof will return with one of their strongest ever casts - details will be announced soon, but previous productions have starred Liverpool favourites; Glenn Noble, Mark Smith, Simon James, Paul Duckworth, Kate Crossley, Fillipo Fiori, Ann Farrar, Jamie Greer, Matthew Wood, Steve Wallis, Chris Nelson, Tim Hibberd, Justin Bremmen, Mary Cummings, Gavin Robertson, Jonathan Raison, Keddy Sutton, Denise Kenedy, Ian Davies, Liam Tobin, Andy Frizzel, Paul Skinner, Mike Wight, Todd Stashwick, Phil Saunders.

Tickets on sale now. 4th and 5th of April, 8pm | Unity Theatre, Liverpool. Tickets: £10/£8. Visit the website at www.spiketheatre.com.
