First Names Announced For Help For Heroes West End Charity Single

'The Hero - A West End Tribute' is being released in November 2018 to mark the 100th Anniversary of the end of World War One and will raise funds for Help For Heroes.

The first recording session took place earlier this month with artists including; Norman Bowman; Alan Burkitt; Maria Coyne; Matt Henry; Rob Houchen; Luke McCall; Trevor Dion Nicholas; Dame Siân Phillips; Savannah Stevenson and Michael Xavier.

Producing the project is composer and lyricist duo, Daniel and Laura Curtis. Daniel Curtis said 'We wanted to pay tribute to all those who have served in the military and raise much needed funds for the important work that Help For Heroes does. We are grateful to everybody who volunteered to contribute, once complete this will be something really special which represents the voices of the Theatrical community from both those who work front of house and on-stage offering thanks to our servicewomen and servicemen.

There will be a further two recording sessions in London along with a further session in NYC and a number of location recording before we finish the project.'
