Darlington Hippodrome Hosts AN EVENING OF ERIC AND ERN

Jonty Stephens and Ian Ashpitel made a flying visit to Darlington Hippodrome today in the run-up to their live stage show An Evening of Eric and Ern, which is on Saturday 23 June.

Taking you back to a more innocent time when weekends meant gathering around the TV with your family to enjoy great, wholesome comedy from the likes of The Two Ronnies and Little & Large, it is difficult to see the join where Jonty Stephens and Ian Ashpitel become Eric Morecambe and Ernie Wise - the two expertly capture the brilliance of the beloved comedy duo.

Straight from their hit West End, Olivier Nominated show "Eric and Little Ern" which Ian and Jonty wrote and performed in, this brilliant homage hits all the right notes. Their new stage show, An Evening of Eric & Ern comes to Darlington next month and is packed full of Morecambe and Wise's best-loved routines, you will feel like you've seen the real thing.
