Hosted by Jarrett Martineau of RPM and CBC's Reclaimed, The Beat will feature live performances from Mob Bounce, Kayla Briët, Ziibiwan, and DJ Kookum, a screening of eight music videos, and the announcement of the 2017 Bull's Eye contest winner, who will receive a $10,000 cash reward to create a professionally recorded demo of one of their songs.
