Conejo Players Children's Theatre Presents THE PHANTOM TOLLBOOTH, JR.

The final Children's Theatre production of Conejo Players Theatre's 60th Anniversary Season kicks off October 20, when a cast of talented Conejo Valley kids and teens takes to the stage in The Phantom Tollbooth, Jr.

Adapted from the beloved, award-winning children's book by Norton Juster, this inventive musical features a melodic score by Arnold Black and witty lyrics full of wordplay by Pulitzer Prize and three-time Tony winner Sheldon Harnick.

Even surrounded by dozens of toys, Milo (Skyler Ingram) is bored. Nothing interests him at all - that is, until he takes a trip through the Phantom Tollbooth! Transported to the Land of Wisdom, Milo is thrust into adventure when two princesses need rescuing in order to bring peace between rival kings. Knee-deep in danger, language, and math along the way, Milo learns everything has a purpose ... and that there's never a reason to be bored in a world full of hidden wonders!
