- Running time: Approximately 2 hours 35 minutes (includes a 20 minute interval).
- Lock Out: A strict lock out period applies at the commencement of each Act. Patrons arriving late will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
- Age Recommendation: Disney recommends performances are suitable for ages six and up.
- Babe-In-Arms: All patrons attending performances of the show, regardless of age, must hold a valid ticket for the performance they are attending. Children under the age of two years must hold a "babe-in-arms" ticket which can only be issued at the Box Office from two hours prior to the scheduled commencement time of the performance they are attending.
