On Friday, January 15th at 4:30pm, COCA and Fox Performing Arts Charitable Foundation present Broadway Dance Master Class: GREASE, conducted by Kelly Felthous, one of the leading "pink ladies" from the touring production at the Fox. Entrance to this class is $10 at the door. Click here to email your name to get on COCA's pre-registration list.

From January 29th to the 31st, COCA Family Theatre Series will present CREOLE FOR KIDZ. Grammy Award-winning musician Terrance Simien will introduce audience members of all ages to the joyous, sounds of zydeco in an interactive performance. Simien is considered the "Creole King" and has shared the stage with music legends Paul Simon, Stevie Wonder and Dave Matthews. Tickets to this event are $14-$18 and are available at COCA or by clicking here.

Star level (and higher) members are invited to attend the 3:00pm performance of CREOLE FOR KIDS on January 30TH, followed by food, art and Mardi Gras festivities for $5. To purchase $5 tickets, good for both the concert and the party, contact Peggy Ward, special events manager, to receive your star "members-only promo code" for this exciting event.

COCA's talented teen ensemble presents Naomi Iizuka's ANON(YMOUS), the story of a young refugee and his country-wide journey and search for family. Anon must navigate a chaotic, ever-changing landscape where he encounters a wide range of characters from a one-eyed butcher to beguiling barflies in this clever adaptation of Homer's Odyssey. Performances are scheduled for January 22nd at 7:30pm and January 23rd at 2:00pm and 7:30pm. Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for students and are available at COCA or by clicking here.

COCA's School Partners support the COCA Family Theatre Series and participate in the annual COCA School Fair in the fall. They represent some of St. Louis' leading primary schools and believe in the value of the arts as part of a complete education. Each week, COCA will highlight one of its partners.

Community School is an independent school serving children age 3 through sixth grade. Test scores are consistently in the top 5% in the nation. Challenging academic standards are supported by the 7:1 student/teacher ratio. Find out more at the Admissions Information Coffee, Wednesday, Jan. 20 at 8:30 a.m.

COCA is a not-for-profit organization. Your support allows us to make the arts accessible to all those who wish to participate through free community programs and events, over one million dollars in educational outreach, and need- and talent-based scholarships. Even COCA's fee based programs require contributed support, as ticket prices and tuition cover less than 40% of our expenses. Help COCA keep the arts accessible for all St. Louisans.
