New St. Louis Theatre Fan Website THE SCENE SHOP Launches Today
By: BWW News Desk
Sean Michael, St. Louis actor and director, has announced the launch of THE SCENE SHOP, "Your Backstage Tour of the St. Louis Theater Scene," for today, March 25. The new site will feature behind-the-scenes news, local artist profiles, company profiles, interviews, announcements, discussions, venue information (including nearby dining and drinking), and much more.
The site will offer St. Louis theatre-goers, from the most casual to the most hard-core, a unique place for cool, exclusive, insider information found nowhere else, and a much needed online advocate for St. Louis theatre on a larger stage. A mashup of podcast, St. Louis Show Business, YouTube channel, blog, and website, THE SCENE SHOP will be the voice of the whole St. Louis theatre scene, from the artists to the fans, and everyone in between. Founder and editor Sean Michael is joined in this new venture by Staff Photographer Erin Shildmyer and Social Media Manager Omega Jones. You can visit The Scene Shop at www.TheSceneShop.org, and you can find it on Facebook and Twitter. Or email the Scene Shop staff at TheSceneShopSTL@gmail.com.
