Ben Rector To Play The Peace Center 11/5

By:

Independent pop singer-songwriter Ben Rector presents "Magic: The Tour" this fall. The 28-date national headlining tour brings the spellbinding, piano-fueled pop of his latest album, Magic, (out June 22) to life. The tour will play the Peace Center on Monday, Nov. 5, at 7:30 p.m. The Band CAMINO will open.

"Magic: The Tour" follows Rector's 2015-2016 tours "The Biggest Tour I Have Done So Far Tour" and "The Brand New Tour," a 73-date total run that included a sold-out two-night stand at the Ryman Auditorium, Atlanta's The Tabernacle, Chicago's House of Blues and more.

Filled with sweeping synths and upbeat, keyboard-driven tunes, the set promises the "energetic [and] ebullient" tracks from his Tony Hoffer (Beck, M83, Air) and John Fields (Goo Goo Dolls, Jonas Brothers, Pink)-produced album Magic - "Drive," "Old Friends" and "Duo" -- plus fan favorites like the Billboard chart-topping hit "Brand New" and "When A Heart Breaks."

Tickets for the Monday, Nov. 5, 7:30 p.m. performance by Ben Rector are $25-$45 and may be purchased by calling 864.467.3000 or 800.888.7768, in person at the Peace Center Box Office or online at www.peacecenter.org. Tickets go on sale to Peacekeepers beginning now and go on sale to the public on Friday, June 15, at 10 a.m. Handling fees will apply to phone and online sales.
