The albums, produced by Stage Door Records, are revisiting forgotten musical numbers from shows that sadly didn't enjoy a long run in London. Stage Door Records are pleased to make available a 'first listen' of the complete track 'I've Always Had A Dream' from the forthcoming album 'Lost West End 2'. The song is from the 1977 musical 'Drake's Dream' which opened at the Shaftesbury Theatre on December 7th 1977 and ran for 82 performances. The track is performed by leading actor / singer (and former lead vocalist of Manfred Mann) Paul Jones.

Following the critically acclaimed release of LOST WEST END in 2015, an album highlighted in The Sunday Times as an "Essential New Release"; Stage Door Records are pleased to continue the album series with the release of LOST WEST END 2 on July 29.

In a recent interview with OUT, filmmaker Darren Stein revealed that he is hard at work on a musical version of his 1999 cult-classic Jawbreaker. He told OUT: 'There's just so much love for that movie... We're working on the musical version of it and so it's taking on a new iteration for the stage. And there's another film I'm developing from a YA novel that's very much inspired by Jawbreaker that involves a kidnapping a member of a boyband. Hopefully, I'll be making another dark comedy with crazy fangirls.'

Producers Lee Dean, Laurence Myers and Joey Parnes announced today that the complete cast of the Broadway premiere of End of the Rainbow, a new play with music, is in place. Michael Cumpsty, Tom Pelphrey and Jay Russell will join two-time Oliver Award-winner Tracie Bennett in Peter Quilter's acclaimed play about the legendary Judy Garland. Directed by the Tony® Award winning Terry Johnson, End of the Rainbow will begin performances on Monday, March 19, 2012 at the Belasco Theatre, with an opening night now set for Monday, April 2.
