Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, under the artistic direction of Glenn Edgerton, announces today, programming for Season 39 Summer Series, June 8-11, 2017 at the Harris Theater for Music and Dance. The program features a look at Hubbard Street through the decades, featuring The 40s and Georgia by Lou Conte, Twyla Tharp's The Golden Section, an excerpt from Resident Choreographer, Alejandro Cerrudo's One Thousand Pieces as well as pieces by Jim Vincent, Crystal Pite, William Forsythe, and Lucas Crandall.

Today, Thursday 27 April, Argyle Primary School in King's Cross took part in Camden Council's 'Daily Mile' campaign to boost walking in the borough. The children set off from the school (on Tonbridge Street) to the Ambassadors Theatre, to take to the stage with STOMP cast members Andrew Patrick, Rob Shaw, Rhys Shone and Sam Wilmott. Following performances at the Barbican, and in China in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, the plays are directed by RSC Artistic Director Gregory Doran and performed in repertory at the BAM Harvey Theater from tonight, Mar 24, through May 1, 2016.
