Kinesis Project dance theatre, hosted by The Rockaway Artist Alliance and National Parks Service, will present a performance experience along the beach of Fort Tilden on September 18, 2016 and October 16, 2016 at 1pm and 4:30pm. Audiences will meet at Rockaway Artist Alliance Gallery to be brought to the performance, and should wear clothes for a fall day at the beach and shoes for walking. About The Author
Katherine Russell is an author, poet, freelancer, and musician born and raised in Buffalo, NY. She earned her degree in writing from SUNY Geneseo. She has published two previous books, both relating to her journey with cystic fibrosis: With Every Breath (2006) and Shapes of Water (2012). Her work has appeared in R.KV.R.Y. Quarterly, the Urban Magazine of Arts, and the Love146 Anthology. Katherine is a double lung transplant survivor and currently lives with her husband and two dogs in her beautiful home city.
