New Line Theatre is all over Amazon these days. The company has had a small presence on the retail site for years, with New Line's original cast album for Out on Broadway in 1996, the company's 10th anniversary commemorative book You Could Drive a Person Crazy; and artistic director Scott Miller's musical theatre books. But that presence has increased quite a bit recently.

Full casting is today announced for Polka Theatre's production of Double Act. Vicky Ireland, former Artistic Director of Polka Theatre, directs Ruby Ablett (Ruby), Lydia Orange (Garnet), Davina Moon (Rose), Erika Poole (Gran), Joseph Rowe (Jeremy, the blob) and Phil Yarrow (Dad).

LAByrinth Theater Company (Artistic Director John Ortiz) recently announced that they will present the World Premiere of Devil of Choice by LAB Member Maggie Bofill (Winners, Drawn and Quartered). The Play Company (PlayCo), led by Founding Producer Kate Loewald and Managing Director Robert G. Bradshaw, presents Toshiki Okada's Time's Journey Through a Room, marking PlayCo's third collaboration with Okada, translator Aya Ogawa, and director Dan Rothenberg, May 10 - June 10, 2018. The Ambassador Theatre Group is to produce a brand new stage musical based on the life of the legendary Frank Sinatra, in partnership with Stewart Till and Frank Sinatra Enterprises. The show, which is planned to open in 2018, will feature a number of timeless hit songs from Sinatra's incredible catalogue of over 1400 tracks recorded during his illustrious career. Script development for the Frank Sinatra musical is planned to start shortly.
